Upgrade Electrical Service Smith Hall at MN State Academy for the Deaf

Description: Work includes approx. of Replace the existing electrical substation in the basement of the Hall. Replace with an exterior pad mounted transformer and a new switchboard. Existing fencing shall be taken down and replaced with new. Modify existing medium voltage feeder that currently feeds Smith and connect to new transformer.
