Software Licensing, Maintenance, and Support - Vocera
This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note this posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP). Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with Minnesota Department of Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) intends to renew an agreement with Government Marketing and Procurement, LLC, for up to 12 months. The agreement will provide software maintenance and support, and license related to Vocera Premier Support, SIP Telephony, 6 ports and Vocera Premier Support, and Enterprise License -Voice, 600 Users. Vocera systems is a communication platform that has been implemented across multiple DCT facilities. To operate these systems effectively, user licenses and telephony support are required to enable badge and user logins. MN IT Services and Minnesota Department of Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) have deemed this purchase a single source, as Government Marketing and Procurement, LLC, retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required support, maintenance, updates, and patches. We believe none of these required products/services can be provided through a 3rd party vendor. If there are any concerns regarding this single source opportunity, please contact Calleigh Hoffenkamp via email at; calleigh.hoffenkamp@state.mn.us prior to October 22, 2026 by 2:00PM CST.
