Stormwater Annual Engineering Services

Description: The City of Richmond, acting through its Department of Public Utilities, seeks proposals for on-call professional services supporting the Stormwater Utility’s capital-improvement and larger operations-and-maintenance projects. Services may include surveying, planning, investigation, engineering and architectural design, permitting, construction and operations support, and regulatory compliance for drainage, green infrastructure, dams, canals, and floodwalls. Work is assigned through task orders with no guaranteed volume, and the City intends to make multiple awards.
