The project includes improvements to eight baseball and softball fields and the sunshine league therapeutic field, including selective demolition, earthwork, laser grading, drainage improvements, irrigation replacement, installation of certified 419 bermuda sod, reconstruction of athletic infields, and restoration of disturbed areas. Additional improvements include new fencing, backstops, overhead safety netting, gates, foul poles, dugout roof systems, concrete sidewalks, accessible routes, and other ada accessibility improvements.
