Description: This RFQ seeks qualified vendors to design, install, operate, and maintain clean-energy systems—including solar, wind, battery storage, and microgrids—on state-owned buildings, facilities, or other state-owned real property. Qualified vendors may be invited to respond to future RFPs for financing, engineering, construction, installation, ownership, operation, and maintenance of these technologies. Projects will use long-term, 20-to-25-year Site Lease Agreements and Power Purchase Agreements.
