Peba Code & Database Modernization (Request for Proposal)

Description: Seeking qualified offerors for the modernization of PEBA’s current Natural/Adabas systems through conversion to Java and a modern database technology in accordance with all requirements stated herein and attached hereto. The Contractor will be responsible for providing the services, technology, tools, and expertise necessary to assess, convert, test, implement, and transition PEBA’s existing systems to the target Java and database environment.
