New Bedford Redevelopment Authority Acquisition of Property for Redevelopment (RFR #25781161)

Description: The New Bedford Redevelopment Authority (NBRA) seeks properties or interests in properties to acquire for redevelopment that addresses blight, stabilizes neighborhoods, returns vacant or abandoned properties to productive use, and/or advances economic development. Responses are reviewed on a rolling basis, and the NBRA may select multiple proposals; submissions may be sent by email, mail, or delivered in person to the City Purchasing Department. The initiative is supported in whole or in part by American Rescue Plan Act funds awarded to the City of New Bedford and subawarded to NBRA, and Addendum #2 extends the deadline to December 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
