ADDENDUM 1: The purpose of this addendum is to respond to questions received by the Q&A deadline stated in the Solicitation. THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and email responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event. PURPOSE. The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses and award contract(s) with a vendor(s) to provide Laundry and Linen Cleaning Services for the Minnesota Direct Care and Treatment (DCT). The Laundry and Linen Cleaning Services are for State-Owned items. Rental of items is not part of this Contract. The Contractor shall provide a full range of laundry services for the following items including, but not limited to: bath towels, hand towels, wash (face) cloths, flat and fitted sheets, draw sheets, blankets, pillow cases, mattress pads, reusable under pads, bedspreads, quilts, clothing protectors, patient gowns, tablecloths, robes, mop heads, rugs, and rags. CONTRACT TERM: The term of this contract is anticipated to run from January 2027 through December 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional 48 months in increments determined by the State. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS: The deadline for submitting questions is October 15, 2026, at 3:00PM, Central Time. Questions must be submitted in writing to Molly Gunderson at molly.gunderson@state.mn.us. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum.
