Humphrey Fellowship Program Enhancement Workshop 2026-2027

Description: The Institute of International Education (IIE), at the U.S. Department of State’s request, seeks proposals from qualified organizations to design and facilitate a 3–5-day in-person enhancement workshop for approximately 30–40 Humphrey Fellows in the 2026–2027 cohort. The workshop is intended to address a multidisciplinary topic aligned with U.S. foreign-policy priorities and is to take place between early March and early April 2027. IIE intends to make up to four cost-reimbursable contract awards of up to $30,000 each; proposals are due October 16, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
