EMT-CONSTRUCTION ALLS+ PHOTONIQUE_ARCHITECTURE

Description: The Institut national de la recherche scientifique (INRS) is seeking professional architectural services for a new ALLS + Photonics pavilion at its Centre Énergie Matériaux Télécommunications in Laval. The pavilion will bring together research infrastructure associated with the ALLS and LULMAN/QUALITY laboratories, which work in areas including ultrafast lasers, photonics, and quantum technologies. The work includes design, preparation of plans and specifications, coordination of project professionals, and services during construction; proposals are evaluated on quality followed by price negotiation, and the indicative construction cost is $40 million including taxes.
