Seeking qualified proposers to establish a mass communication system to improve its capability to provide timely communications with students, staff, parents, and community partners. The solution must offer a variety of options to initiate a message, i.e., from an internet- enabled computer, a cellular telephone, and a landline. The selected proposer’s solution will, at a minimum, support the following functional areas across all schools and central-office departments: Mass and targeted notifications via email, text/SMS, voice (phone), mobile app push, and web portal personalized per student. Secure, student-specific document delivery (report cards, IEP/504 documents, immunization records, and similar). Modern, ADA/WCAG-compliant “smart” websites/CMS for the District and every individual school. Scheduling and sign-ups: parent-teacher conferences, volunteering, events, digital forms/permission slips with e-signature. Virtual phone numbers for staff-to-family calling and texting without exposing personal phone numbers. Two-way, translated messaging between staff and families in 100+ languages. Centralized integrations with the District’s SIS, HRMS, SSO/Identity provider, and other District systems via secure API/SFTP. District-wide oversight, archiving, reporting, and analytics on all communications sent through the platform.
