Calumet County – Second Floor Courthouse Interior Remodel Project RFP

Description: Calumet County is accepting construction bids to remodel approximately 52,915 square feet of its courthouse at 206 Court Street in Chilton, Wisconsin. Work includes demolishing existing partitions, ceilings, flooring, and finishes and constructing new departmental office layouts with updated walls, ceilings, carpeting, paint, and restroom finishes. The project also includes mechanical equipment replacement, plumbing and fixture replacement, electrical systems, and information technology improvements.
