Exterior Masonry Water Infiltration Repairs (Request for Quotes)
Inspect the affected exterior wall and surrounding areas to determine the source(s) of water entry. Repair deteriorated, cracked, open, loose, or missing mortar joints; repoint masonry as required. Repair or replace damaged masonry units where necessary and match existing materials as closely as practical. Inspect and repair deficient flashing, sealants, wall penetrations, and window perimeter conditions that may contribute to water infiltration. Provide any necessary waterproofing/water-management treatment only after underlying masonry deficiencies are properly repaired. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, access equipment, protection, cleanup, and disposal required for a complete repair. Coordinate work so Police and Fire operations remain fully functional during the project.
