ADA Depot Loading Platform & Train Shed RFP

Description: Work includes construction of a wood frame train shed, an ada loading platform and ramp at the existing depot, installation of charging stations, concrete bases for crossing arms, and a looped electrical conduit to supply crossing arms and convenience outlets as shown around the planned new rail track. Base bid must include all listed allowances and unit prices; building demo;wood trusses and framing; misc. Steel framing and fabrications; roofing -standing seam metal roof; doors, hardware, windows, hollow metal frames; finishes - wall tile, epoxy flooring, paint, etc. ;typical plumbing work as a major subcontractor to the general - sewer piping, water piping, fixtures, etc. See attached file.
