Active Transportation Quick Build Design Services RFP

Description: The City of Cleveland is seeking qualified engineering and planning consultants to provide active-transportation quick-build design services for up to two years or until the $1 million contract ceiling is reached. The work supports the city’s Vision Zero and “Cleveland Moves” plans and includes bike-lane and pedestrian improvements, traffic-signal adjustments, utility coordination, and construction-ready plans. Consultants must maintain ODOT prequalification and meet the stated city and state standards and equal-opportunity requirements.
