Through its Office of Sustainability and Resilience, the County seeks a contractor team to develop a multi-jurisdictional, RSAP-compliant shoreline adaptation plan for the County’s unincorporated areas and six participating cities. The work includes existing-conditions and vulnerability assessments, coordinated adaptation strategies, implementation planning, and preparation of the plan and jurisdiction-specific annexes for review and adoption. The RFP also calls for equitable engagement with vulnerable communities and California Native American tribes; the grant is identified as project background, while the solicitation seeks contractor services.
