Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals Regular Meeting
The meeting included the election of a new secretary following recent resignations. The primary agenda item was a variance request for 214 Bishop Street to construct a guest house on the property. Neighbors raised concerns regarding potential long-term occupancy, commercial use, increased traffic, and safety.
