Fundraising efforts for a park splash pad were discussed. A presentation regarding a community event highlighted its operational history, nonprofit status, and volunteer efforts. Additionally, police department staff provided reports on staffing and traffic enforcement. The session included two public hearings: one concerning a special use permit for a guest lodging establishment, and another regarding the approval of a new subdivision plat.
The Heritage Commission discussed several items, including the acceptance of municipal code and design guidelines into evidence.
